Do I have to send my device?
No. Placing an order does not legally obligate you to sell. If you decide to keep your device, simply do not ship it to us.
How to cancel
While no formal action is required if you haven't shipped the item yet, we appreciate a heads-up so we can close your BuyBack Order:
Self-Service: Login to your BuyBack Account, select your order and press the "Cancel Trade-In" button in the lower right.
What if I already shipped it?
Note: If your device is already in transit or has been received at our warehouse, we are unable to cancel your order.
